In this experience, we’ll blend elements of forest bathing—a traditional Japanese mindfulness practice—with gentle walking to stay warm in the crisp winter air. Throughout the walk, participants will be guided through sensory explorations and meditative movement designed to invite awareness and foster a deeper connection with the living world.
Rooted in the principles of Shinrin-Yoku, forest bathing has been scientifically shown to reduce stress, support immune and cardiovascular health, and enhance overall mental well-being. The practice also promotes better sleep, alleviates symptoms of anxiety and depression, and boosts creativity and cognitive function.
