Let's get together to explore the trails of the Vienna Woods at this Winter Trail Run, led by Mani Peric. Open to everyone who can run continuously on the road for at least 30 min. Pace will be adjusted throughout, and the group will always wait together. To catch your breath, or take a photo or two. The trail run will be tackled in all weather conditions – rain, snow & hail.
This is not a training run – everyone will walk or run together during steeper ascents, and take their time to enjoy the outdoors. Mani’s dog, Neve, will accompany the group – your dogs are also welcome as long as they get along with other dogs. Let's get together and have a drink afterwards.
A personal note from Mani: This run won’t make you a faster or better runner—it’s just a starting point. I’ll show you a few of my favorite trails to help you begin exploring. I prefer to keep the group size intimate (~10-15 people) to make things comfortable. I plan these runs in my spare time, and I don’t charge for them—because the outdoors should be free for everyone, right?
That being said: in the past, some people didn’t show up without notice. It's okay if you can't make it, but please cancel ahead of time so we don’t have to wait unnecessarily or miss the chance to give your spot to someone else. A quick message, even last-minute, would be appreciated.
